Various websites say that the Duck and Drake was in the Strand. I’ve done a good deal of drinking in central London over the past thirty-five years, , and I don’t know any pub of that name in or near the Strand today. So I’m pretty certain that it's not still standing.
Indeed, most of us are unaware that it ever did exist. If its role in the plot becomes well known, I’m sure some enterprising spiv will open a pub in the area, call it the “Duck and Drake” and convince everyone that it’s the original real McCoy.

Apart from it being variously on or in the Strand in the St Clement's parish I can't find any sign of this pub being knwcked down, renamed or still standing.
Incidentally, Fawkes was lodging at the home of a widow in St Clement's at the time.
