    		In any circle, Pi = circumference/diameter. Pi is an irrational number, meaning it carries on forever.

    Archimides decided that the value of Pi was between 22/7 and 223/71. Aryabhata, the Indian mathematician, is credited with realising that Pi was irrational.

    The world record for memorising the digits of Pi is by Lu Chao, who recited to the 67,890th decimal place of pi without an error. That's pretty darn good, if I say so myself!!!
