Are there any hooved animals which can climb trees?

    Question #60764. Asked by gmackematix.

Goats can, if the trees aren't too steep.

    Here's a pretty remarkable picture-

Also, if you're a bit liberal on your definition of "hooved animal," tree hyraxes fit the bill-

On TV's "QI" recently, one panellist clained to have seen the goats in trees phenomenon.
The host asked if it was a tree he saw or a "goat hanger"!

Having had two goats, I can say that even those that can't climb trees will give it a good go if they think there's something tasty up there.
