Why were there vision in Watership Down?

Hey... not really sure what is being asked here... are you asking "What were their visions of in Watership Down?" If so, then you are possibly referring to when they were having visions of El-ahrairah, the legendary rabbit folk hero. I beleive they were having dreams and not visions. ... Fiver was foretelling "Great Danger...." but only a few would listen to him. The great danger was the fact that the farmer was putting food out for the rabbits to fatten them and entice them into complacency so that he could snare thme in his traps.

I seem to recall that the "great danger" was that their home was going to be turned into a development by men.
