    		Yay, Maggie! "While Shepherds Watched" does indeed have that same 8,6,8,6 scheme.
    The lyrics of "While Shepherds Watched Their Flocks By Night" were penned by 17th century poet laureate Nahum Tate who gave it the title "Song of the Angels at the Nativity of our Blessed Saviour". Catchy ay!
