Did Adam and Eve have kids? Who were they? From what I know, God created Adam and Eve, and they had two sons together. One of the sons was killed by the other. Does the Bible ever give any explanation to how the rest of humanity happened? In what Broadway musical is there a scene where two fathers, who want their son and daughter to marry, make arrangements with a third character for him to stage an attempted rape of the daughter so the son will come to her rescue, become her hero, and the two will live happily ever-after?
