I've seen pottery dating from circa 2,000 BC which depicts men wrestling. Any 'sport' which had a war connection would have been competitely practiced from as far back as organised warfare took place, These would have included running, horse and chariot races, wrestling, javelin or spear throwing, archery, etc.

There is no specific date, however both Wrestling and Track have been (in some form or another) known to every civilization ever known to man.

Hunting is a sport so I'd say that and picking stuff up to eat. That could be a sport, right? :P

the odlest sport known to man is wrestling. It was the FIRST olympic sport, and there are cave drawings in france depicting most of the holds used in the sport today. furthermore, Jacob wrestled an angel in the bible. and i think next after that would probably be some form of soccer. :)
