I really love spending a few minutes scanning the latest questions, and answers, here. I appreciate that the rules ask for a reference to accompany the answer, but should they not also say that any reply should actually give an answer, and not just a reference? I find it a bit peeving to have a reply consisting only of something like - "Here's the reference guys!"

I read that it is illegal to give someone a bad reference for their next job. Is this true?

I am seeking reference to three sections that I have seen before but cannot find. One is a story where Saint Germaine as an angel, specifically the fifth angel stays the hand of God in the time of the apocalypse. There is also reference to 144,000 saved. Any help?
