Twyndyllyngs is the longest word in English that doesn't contain one of the five vowels (AEIOU). It comes from Welsh and is obviously rare, but it does appear in the Oxford English Dictionary.
It turns out that "twyndyllyng" (singular) is a 15th century spelling of the word "twinling," which means, in modern English, "twin."

Don't delude yourself into thinking that these words really have no vowels-- it's just a matter of how the words are written. If you pronounce "rhythm" you'll find it has two syllables. The first syllable contains a short -i- sound. In the second syllable, -m- acts as a vowel. I'm not quite sure how "twyndyllyng" is pronounced, but I'm sure it has some vowels somewhere!

The second syllable of "rhythms" usually has an unstressed schwa sound (like the "o" in another) in the pronunciation which does not appear in the spelling.
The "m" is not a vowel. After all, how many vowels do you say with your mouth closed?
