    What is the music in the background of the Toyota Yaris advert, recently being shown on UK TV?

    If so, the "BigSmall" tune was created by a ad library composer called Imran Hanif for the advert.
    It was also used to advertise a C4 programme about the size of a man's manhood. The tune may become generally available but I don't think it is now.
