Moriah, there are countless towns of that name in the United States alone. The refernce is clearly to the mountain known as Moriah in Jerusalem, which the Bible refers to in Genesis as "one of the mountains [in the land of Moriah], which I will tell you [to take your son to]". Abraham was to sacrifice Isaac there.

A City that was named after a mountain. But the mountain was never called that name and was later renamed.
