    What are Australian bushmen?

    		Aborigines aren't referred to as 'bushmen' in Australia. A bushman would be a man who works and lives in the bush/Outback.

    		To extend on the previous answer,

    Early (white) settlers/pioneers can also be referred to as Australian Bushmen or 'swagmen'. (The early explorers and settlers of the Outback.)

    Stockmen (both indigenous and white), bushmen, and swagmen, all refer to people who live/work in the Australian rural Outback.
