Is it true that in Muscat, buildings can be painted only in a few selected colors?

    Question #62399. Asked by shawn888. (Feb 09 06 3:50 AM)

Can't say for Muscat but it certainly applies in many Spanish villages, normally white. So at least a precedent is set.
