Is there a bridge in the Asian sub-continent called Adam's Bridge connecting two countries?

It would appear that it consists largely of limestone, and there is a fellow who is proposing that sulphuric acid should be injected into it (in certain specialised ways) which will have the effect of turning it into a sort of foamed structure which will then harden. The idea is to create a bridge. There's a lot of talking and investigation to go before it even reaches the stage of India and Sri Lanka taking it into consideration.
