He's buried at Westminster Abbey in London.

To be technical, Westminster Abbey is in Westminster, not in London proper. Isaac Newton is buried in the main sanctuary of the abbey, behind the altar. The closest grave to his is that of Charles Darwin, some 20 feet away.
