    		The most in men's olympic hockey is a Sweden victory against Japan by a score of 20-1.

    		In the highly controversial Olympic hockey tournament of 1948 (when two different American teams showed up to play), the American Hockey Association team beat Italy 31-1. The IOC at first disowned this ice hockey tournament but later gave it official approval on condition that the AHA team not be included in the placings.
