    What is the difference between a heliocentric and geocentric universe?

    		Heliocentric: the sun is the center of our system.

    Geocentric: the earth is the center of our system.(pre-Copernican belief).

    The "universe" is not thought to be geo or helio centric.

    But our solar system and others can be thought of in either of these terms.

    		Heliocentric is the belief that the universe revolves around the sun. Geocentric is the older belief that the universe revolves around plant earth, it has since been disproven
