    Does China have slums or does it have all skyscrapers?

    		china definitely has a great number of slums. they tend to be more interspersed among more acceptable(?)housing than is the case in most countries.

    		But why do people think that China will be the next superpower with all that slums and the birth rate is increasing and the death rate is not. So will it ever be a superpower
