    Wasn't that a line used pretty regularly in the Monty Python shows? It didn't mean anything at all. It was just a nonsense statement a voice in the background of some of he episodes made every now and then.

    Yes, a segue between Python sketches. It was also the title of a Python anthology. Always very amusing.
