We called it cadence. Funny how those songs stick in your mind.

I've heard them called both Marching Cadences and Jodie (or Jody) Calls. My personal faves are "Yellow Bird" and "C-130"

I want to be an airborne ranger,
I want to live a life of danger.
Here we go, here we go,
Up the hill, up the hill,
All the way, all the way,
Airborne, airborne,
Ranger, ranger.
:-) Got that one from hubby
A Vietnam Christmas jingle ... got this one from dad
Jungle bells,
Mortar shells,
Charlie's in the grass,
Take your Merry Christmas cheer,
And shove it up your #%^.
I think you can fill in the blanks
