How did the Nurse's daughter die in "Romeo and Juliet"?

It's not made clear.
In Act I, Scene 3, Nurse says, in reference to Juliet's age, "Even or odd, of all days in the year, shall she be fourteen. Susan and she (God rest all Christian souls) were of an age. Well, Susan is with God, she was too good for me."

Yes...it is quite puzzling. I tried to look up the reason, the reference in the book (a copy of the play "Romeo and Juliet") told me to look in the prologue.
