According to my dictionary that is "Panthera uncia." The genus name is usually capitalised and the species name isn't.
I always thought 'ounce' was a strange name for a big cat. Apparently, this alternative name for the snow leopard or mountain panther comes from the Italian 'lonza', related to lynx.

Uncia uncia. Initially it was Panthera uncia as it was belived to be from the panthera familly. Later it was distinguished as not a true leopard so the scientific name changed.
