I was watching the movie "Spiderman" and when Peter Parker and the other characters are at the place with all the spiders, some people said that spiders could change color and some spiders have a "spidey sence". Are these facts true or science-fiction?

Yes, but the tour guide was explaining that some spiders have quick reflexes that border on precognition, and they nick-named it "spider-sense."

How else were they to intertwine the story line to make it believable?
I guess you believe that the spider that bit Peter was naturally colored Red and Blue, and that it was not stage paint to give Peter the colors that he would eventually use for his costume...
Folks - Movies are made to entertain us and for the most part unless other wise instructed are not based on true facts...
Hate to say Jedi never really existed, Hobbits never walked the face of this earth, Mummies never come back to life!!!
