    		This site lists all the Pagent winners and the states that they come from:

    So, by a process of elimination the states that are not represented can be discerned.

    		I don't see Maryland on that list, so that's one.

    		Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont or Maine haven't had any either according to the "reference website" listed by Mementoflash.
