    		There have been a couple of #15 seeds to have won. The first was the University of Richmond over Syracuse, back in 1991.

    Of course, looking at the current scores, a #16 is leading a #1 with 6 minutes to go right now, so I reserve the chance to change this answer by about 6:30 PST

    		All the 16 seeds have been knocked out. UConn beat Albany.

    		Lowest seed team to win a NCAA tournament game was a 15 seed. The 16th seeds are 0 for 88 after this year
