During the first four months of 2005, the U.S. trade deficit with China was 35% higher than the same period in 2004 and averaged $3.5 billion per week. If current trends continue, the total U.S. trade deficit with China in 2005 could hit $218 billion

Seems the final count was $210.6 billion... here are some bits of info from my searching...
An article dated Dec. 14, 2005 on cbsnews.com said:
"A surge of Chinese shipments of televisions, toys and computers pushed America's deficit with China to a new monthly record of $20.5 billion. Through October, the deficit with China is running at an annual rate of $200 billion, far exceeding [2004]'s imbalance of $162 billion, which had been the biggest deficit ever recorded with a single country."

Today, Lincoln Nebraska's JournalStar.com reports:
"A breakdown of 2005 trade data by country shows 60 percent of our trade deficit accrued to just five countries. Those five, and the 2005 U.S. trade debt in billions to each, were: China ($210.6B), Japan ($82.7B), Canada ($76.5B), Mexico ($50.1B), and Venezuela ($27.6B)."
