Which US president "may have" been born outside of The United States?

None. It is one of the requirements of the U.S. Constitution that the U.S. President be born in the U.S. (See the fourth paragraph of Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution.) Here's a link to the transcript of the Constitution on the National Archives website:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;..."
