Just in case that link goes, Vitamin B isn't one substance but is a group of different things, despite having been thought to be only one at first. There are also B things that aren't regarded as actual vitamins now or have been renamed -
* Vitamin B-4 (Adenine)
* Vitamin B-7* — more commonly called Vitamin 1
* Vitamin B-8 (Ergadenylic acid)
* Vitamin B-10, also PABA (para-Aminobenzoic acid)
http://www.althealth.co.uk/services/info/supplements/vitamin_b10_1.php
* Vitamin B-11, also Vitamin S
* Vitamin B-13 (Pyrimidinecarboxylic acid or orotic acid, often misspelled erotic acid)
* Vitamin B-14 — a mixture of B-10 and B-11
* Vitamin B-15 (Pangamic acid) which is also known as dimethylgycine[1]
* Vitamin B-16
* Vitamin B-17 (Amygdalin)
* Vitamin B-22, often claimed as an ingredient of Aloe vera extracts
* Vitamin B-h another name for(biotin) [2]
* Vitamin B-t (L-carnitine)
* Vitamin B-x, also PABA (para-Aminobenzoic acid).
Taken from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_B
You will find these listed as ingredients - nay, as NOW WITH even - on some products. This is a marketing ploy. Real vitamins are essential for health (in micro quantities usually) but shouldn't be taken unnecessarily as overdosing can lead to serious problems. (Vitamin C can be taken up to 1 gram daily according to most sources, and if you don't eat fresh fruit & veg at least some should be taken - unless living on an Inuit diet which seems to supply enough. Always puzzled me, that.)

Ah. I finally do understand. I did once say that I can be dense! This link is part of a general text which you copied and pasted with no intent to highlight this link!!!!!!
So it was not your point to send persons to a dead link.
I think I am grasping this simple concept. There was no error on your part. Just an error in my perception. Can you believe that my perception is flawed? DO NOT ANSWER THAT LAST QUESTION my ego can not stand it.
