What does De Oppresso Uber mean?

Its not in any one language - "oppresso" is Italian for the Overwhelmed and "uber" is German for more, so it could be 'more of the overwhelmed' in some International slang.

Baloo, the stitched patch is a little hard to read, and I found some sites where other people had interpreted the word as "uber."
However, since "De oppresso" was obviously Latin, and as John pointed out, "uber" is German, my assumption was that a misunderstanding had occurred. I entered "De oppresso" and "motto" into Google -- et voila!
