Many different ways I should say, depending where you come from: various parts of the USA, of the UK, Ireland, Australia, etc.

Were is subject to local colloquialismic (not actually a word) pronunciation but as far as different pronunciations grammatically. NO. Unless you add an ' and create the contraction of we are (we're).

And of course there is we're (we are) which is pronounced differently to were but often spelt the same (schools don't seem to teach apostrophes any more).
