I could make a case for two former NFL players: Runningback Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala and offensive tackle Greg Robinson-Randall.

My database goes back to 1985 and there are a ton of players who's names are abbreviated in some way (T.J. Houshmandzadeh's name is actually Touraj Houshmandzadeh, Jr.), so there may actually be even longer names.
Full Name (24 chars):
Norberto Davidds-Garrido (drafted in 1994, but never played)
Last Name Only (16 chars):
Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala
Last Name Only, Unhyphenated (14 chars):
Ryan Christopherson
T.J. Houshmandzadeh
Ben Roethlisberger
