"Snow White and the Seven Dwarves", Disney, 1937.
Of course, in those days, a "record album" was a collection of 78s, and may not be what the question-asker had in mind. Often they were in 4-record sets (one song per side), and often songs were studio rerecordings, because the soundtrack version was too long to fit on one side of a 78.
The "record albums" as we know them today had to wait for the LP record in the mid 70s. Even then, studios produced "soundtrack" albums without vital bits such as overtures. The first full soundtrack album (including overtures) was another Disney movie "Sleeping Beauty" in 1958.
I can't give a single source - I picked up snippets of the above from various places - Googling for "MGM musicals" and "Disney musicals" can provide an afternoon's entertainment for those interested :)
