    Which member city of the Hanseatic League was the most remote from its capital, Lübeck?

    The further actual member from Lübeck was probably Tallinn (Reval) or Dorpat but I don't have the exact distances.

    The futhest counting-house ('Kontor') was either Bruges or Novgorod.

    The further 'trading-post' was Venice (by water) or, as the crow flies, Lisbon.

    I've based this information on these lists and my own estimates of the distances:
