No, not specifically. Michelangelo (1475-1564) is usually identified as a "High" and "Late" Renaissance artist, owing to his long life and ongoing productivity. He was extremely influential for a variety of 16th-century artists, both within and without Italy, and had a major influence on 16th-century Mannerism, which lasted until the very late years of the century and even into the early years of the 17th.
But Michelangelo himself did not belong to a "movement," and his admiring contemporaries did not slot him into one. He was regarded as "sui generis."
