Thunder "N" Lightning, opening in May 2006, will cost the park approximately $2.5 million and will probably cost another $500,000 to install, will hold 32 people and will swing riders to heights of some 90 feet at 60 miles per hour, Brick pointed out. "We expect to accommodate 700 riders an hour. The ride's base measures 28 feet by 22 feet by 4 feet deep and it will rest on a 50 by 70 foot concrete pad.
