    How old are we when we develop fingerprints?

    		I just ran across this a couple of days ago in my reasearch. I cant remember for sure but I believe you get the ridges on your fingers which result in fingerprints when you are about four weeks old in your mother's womb.

    		"A human fingerprint is the representation of dermal ridges on each fingertip. These dermal ridges are formed during gestational weeks 12–19, and the resulting fingertip ridge configuration (i.e., the fingerprint) is fixed permanently before the midpoint of pregnancy."
