Actually...that is a good one!!!
There is also another one more.

Or...if I were to have used "proper English," that would have said:
"There is also another one."

Aside from Aloe...the plant...or herb...to which I am referring to in my question...is actually one that is highly regarded within the European medical commmunity and is steadily earning respect within the American medical community.
(Aloe is thought to be a good healing agent and some believe it is helpful with the above issues, however, much of that is still being debated--all in all, Aloe is one good answer to my question).

This could be burdock, but I'm not going to post a site, because the ones at which I looked were clearly not put together by qualified physicians.
I am dubious of any claims for "detoxification." The body has its own, natural system for that purpose, and if it fails, as in the case of the kidneys, serious medical intervention is necessary. So far as I know, no herb or other substance will actually "detoxify" your liver, kidneys, or blood. Moreover, no one should take herbs or herbal "supplements" of any kind without the advice of a physician experienced with them.
