    What is the difference in the United States between the General Primary, Primary Runoff, General Election, and General Runoff elections?

    		In general primary the winner has to win by 50+1 votes, if its a tie there is a primary runoff. General Elections are from all the parties winners and they also must win by marjority vote, if not there is a general runoff of the top two vote getters.
