In "Super Mario Sunshine" it says I did not collect all the Shine Sprites. I did all the secret courses in Delfino Plaza, but where are all the other Sprites?

There are 11 Shine Sprites in every world. One is collected when you've completed your goal in each of the 8 "Episodes", one is collected when you collect 100 coins, and there are two "Secret Shines" per level.
