World Cup Mascots / Logos
Leo the Lion was the first (England 1966)
The current one is some kind of stylised 06 logo with smiley faces in bubbles.

You have the right sequence but aren't quite correct with the rest, felonious feline, although the first was actually called World Cup Willie.
I asked this question as forty years on, the mascot once again involves a lion, this time called Golie VI and with a smiling football called Pille.
