    Since Germany, Spain and France are not included...it is relatively difficult to take the list seriously. In addition, the math doesn't add up.

    There wasn't much wrong with the maths when I looked at that list, Zbec, and the positions of Germany, France and Spain were estimated.
    So, depending on data for Germany, the answer to this question looks like either being the Philippines or Germany.

    Given that most Germans are taught English and given that the Philippines has Asia's largest Christian population and strong western connections, these answers seem reasonable.

    The list doesn't show that many people in South Africa speak Afrikaans as their 1st or 2nd language.

    That's a significant oversight.
