    If you want to sleep straight through the night...no.
    If you want to wet the bed...yes.
    If you are hungry and don't want to eat...yes.

    		If you got drunk earlier, yes.

    Alcohol dehydrates the tissues in your body, contributing to the "hangover" feeling the next day. Drinking a couple glasses of water will keep your system flushed and your hydration up, lessening or eliminating any hangover later.
