A Hollywood Coke is a drink that was popular in North Denver some forty years ago at the Scotchman Drive In. It's a mixture of cream, Coca Cola and vanilla with a maraschino cherry. I'm not sure if it originated there or not, but I never saw it offered anywhere else. http://www.scotchmanreunion.org/scotchman.html "On weekend nights they served nearly 100 pounds of hamburger and used 15 gallons of concentrated Coke syrup.
