Symbol is called Triskelion.
A triskelion is the symbol of Sicily and the Isle of Man, and a symbol of Brittany.
Pliny the Elder attributes the origin of the triskelion of Sicily to the triangular form of the island, ancient Trinacria, which consists of three large capes equidistant from each other, pointing in their respective directions, the names of which were Pelorus, Pachynus, and Lilybæum.

The Manx man, as the symbol is known locally, refers to the Pagan God Manannan Mac Lir, the greatest of the Tuatha de Danaan. His name means the son of the god of the sea, and he was the last of the Tuatha to leave Ireland after their defeat by the Celts. He had three legs hence the symbol, and was a great sorceror who took the Isle of Man as his adopted home and is said to hide it in mist to shield it from invaders.
