    		Kaffir Lime, which should really be known as Makrut Lime due to the highly pejorative use of the word Kaffir. The leaves are used in Thai and Lao food, while the rind of the bitter fruits is used in Thai medicine. It is added to Rum in Reunion to impart flavour.
