The name Juliet means "born in July." She was born on "Lammas Eve at night," so Juliet's birthday is probably July 31.

The name Juliet means "youthful" - it's also a variation of the Italian name "Giulieta". I think Shakespeare named this tragic Italian character Juliet to emphasise her youth. Just a thought!
