Does anyone know of a childrens poem which begins "Down at the bottom of a dark dry well," and goes on to tell a story about a green goblin?

If McGruff would delete this reply after a while (to put it back on unanswered) - I seem to recall this as 'deep dark well' and am doing my best to dig into the depths of my childhood memories for this one, as I can't seem to find it on Google.
