How did the popular jam band Cheese String Incident get its name?

    Question #68126. Asked by Allergic2Life. (Jul 11 06 11:03 PM)

The String Cheese Incident (the name's meaning remains a mystery that the band members half-jokingly refuse to comment on) began as a “newgrass” outfit but has expanded its sound to include healthy doses of jazz, funk, and rock.
