    During the Sars crisis which was the only country in the world to completely close its borders?

    		Many countries closed their borders although not completely. It appears that Kazakhstan may have taken the most extreme measures.

    "Kazakhstan will fully reopen its borders with China which were closed due to the outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in China, the government information office said on Thursday."

    		sorry not the right answer, they only closed the border with China, they allowed flights in and out of the country
