And his (Bryan Adams) distinction as the best-selling Canadian musician of all time is being challenged by Shania Twain, who is very close to his 55 million records sold.

I believe it could be Celine Dion...

The Color of My Love':Worldwide sales: 20 million copies.
Falling into You: Worldwide sales: 32 million copies.
Let's Talk About Love:Worldwide sales: 31 million copies.
These Are Special Times:Worldwide sales: 15 million copies.
All the Way... a Decade of Song:Worldwide sales: 20 million copies.
A New Day Has Come:Worldwide sales: 14 million copies

These aren't all her albums(just the ones with
double-digit sales). But the number(listed here approx. 130 Million) certianly exceed the 55 million of Bryan Adams.
